Patient Rights & Responsibilities

Do you know what your rights are as a patient? The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has updated these rights in recent years.

Some important rights include:

Education regarding treatment/modality options
Education about procedures for filing a complaint
The right to privacy and confidentiality
Right to know the availability of services
