Network 13 Library

Educational materials are available to professionals, patients, family members and other interested parties. Upon request the Network staff will mail items, based on availability, to you. Most items can be kept, but books and videos must be returned within 30 days. The borrower is responsible for items on loan and for the safe return of these items.

The goal of the Network 13 Library is to provide educational materials at no cost to professionals, patients and families. If you are aware of information, media, resources or materials that would benefit professionals and patients, please notify the Network with your suggestions by e-mailing us at: webmaster@nw13.esrd.net

Emergency Preparedness for Patients on Dialysis
Checkout Policy Many items on the following list do not have to be returned, but videos*, audiotapes*, books*, and some publications* are only available to borrow for 30 days. There is a two video limit per check out. The borrower is responsible for the cost of returning the video(s) or book(s). If the borrowed materials are damaged or are not returned by the specified date, the borrower will be sent an invoice for the cost of the replacement. You may request the checkout form by calling ESRD Network 13 at (405) 942-6000 or by filling out the Material Checkout Form pdf-464Kb and sending it to ESRD Network 13.
